After 27 years of working in a large international IT company, I retired in 2015 and decided to start my own business offering consulting services.

For almost 12 years, I led the European Research organisation of a very large global IT company, I can draw on deep experience in managing research portfolios and transfering technology from prototype into product or service.

Through working in an enterprise with more than 300000 employees and personally leading up to 500 highly qualified world class researchers, I gained extensive expertise in managing teams and driving change. Expertise I now leverage in coaching leaders, be it in personal change situations or in change management of their organisation.

I also serve on the RISE Lab Board. RISE is a Management Innovation Lab at the University of St. Gallen, researching and experimenting with management innovation.
For the last 10 years, I have focused my interests specifically on the topic of digital transformation. Be it the underlying technologies such as Cloud Computing, Internet of Things, Big Data, and Artificial Intelligence or applying these in new business models and changing the organisation to be successful in the on-going digital transformation.
